Can I buy Zaer Ltd. products online?

YES, as long as you are a registered business, retailer, or reseller. Zaer Ltd. is a wholesale manufacturer and distributor selling directly to retailers. We can only sell to retailers and are unable to sell directly to consumers. We validate this by requiring your business tax ID number.

Registered retailers can place orders online at www.zaerltd.com, by phone at (215) 766-2010 ext. 201, by email/fax (please fill out the Zaer Ltd. Order Form if submitting via email or fax), or at a trade show we are exhibiting at. The Zaer Ltd. Trade Show Schedule can be viewed HERE.
 

Can I obtain a catalog or price list?

YES. If you are a registered business, retailer, or reseller, simply request a physical catalog by emailing sales@zaerltd.com with the Subject Line: “PLEASE SEND ME A CATALOG” and include your name, company name, and mailing address in the message.

Prices are available on www.zaerltd.com (only once you are signed in). We do have an Item Inventory and Price List available that can be accessed and downloaded at any time. If you are interested in gaining access to this file, please email rachael@zaerltd.com and request the Price List.
 

I'm interested in becoming a Zaer Ltd. retailer. Where do I start?

We'd love to have you as a Zaer retailer! You can do so by going on www.zaerltd.com and click on SIGN IN / MY ACCOUNT in the upper right-hand corner. Select WHOLESALE REGISTRATION and complete the provided form. Make sure you click the “I’m not a robot” box before clicking REGISTER. Authorization does not occur automatically and can take up to one business day before we process and approve your request.

If you struggle with navigating online, you can also call us at (215) 766-2010 ext. 201 and provide the necessary information over the phone OR complete our Vendor Application and fax it to us at (215) 766-2019.
 

I prefer to see and feel products before purchasing for my store. Where can I experience Zaer Ltd. merchandise in-person?

Zaer Ltd. has permanent showrooms in Atlanta’s AmericasMart, Dallas Market Center, and Lansdale, PA Headquarters. Visit our Trade Show Schedule to see when we will be present at our Atlanta and Dallas Showrooms. If you would like to visit our Lansdale, PA Showroom,  DO NOT JUST SHOW UP. We require all vendors to contact us to schedule an appointment so we have someone available to guide and answer any questions you may have. Where can I buy Zaer Ltd. merchandise?

Zaer Ltd. merchandise is sold by various retailers scattered across the country (and world). Due to the vast number of Zaer retailers – as well as many merchandise being shipped to distribution centers which is then delivered to different locations (unbeknownst to us) – we are unable to provide a list of active retailers in any given location.
 

Can I replace a favorite item?

If you would like to replace or reorder a specific item, we recommend you search www.zaerltd.com for that item. If the item is not listed on the website, it is not currently available and unlikely to be in production, as we try to keep our assortment fresh and expansive by offering new products, while keeping some bestselling staples.

If the item is unlisted but you are still curious or would like to request that the item be restocked, please email sales@zaerltd.com explaining you would like a restock status on an item; include the item number and any other relevant information. We also may be able to recommend a similar item that is in stock.
 

How do I clean and maintain my Zaer Ltd. products?

The majority of Zaer Ltd. merchandise is crafted from iron with a weather resistant powder coating. We highly recommend using a clear protective overspray (such as Rustoleum or Tractor Finish) every six months to prevent possible fading, discoloration, and weatherization.

A damp cloth (no soap) or hose can be used to clean off any dirt or debris. The inside of birdhouses should be carefully inspected for living animals before attempting to clean. Once it is confirmed that there are no living animals inside, use either the back access panel or front entry hole to scoop out any debris. Then a hose or power washer can be inserted inside to thoroughly clean the inner compartment.

Magnesium, polyresin, porcelain, acrylic, and glass merchandise can be cleaned with a damp or dry cloth.
 

Is Zaer Ltd. International a public company?

We are a privately held company; family-owned and operated small business, founded in 1995.
 

How do I create an online account?

Head over to www.zaerltd.com and click on SIGN IN / MY ACCOUNT in the upper right-hand corner. Select WHOLESALE REGISTRATION and complete the provided form. I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

No worries. Go to www.zaerltd.com and click on SIGN IN as normal. Underneath the sign in says “Forgot your info?” – click on that and follow the instructions.

If you still encounter difficulties, email sales@zaerltd.com and let us know you need help accessing your online account. Provide your name, company name, and email address associated with the account with so we can assist you properly.
 

I placed an order online and have not received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please begin by checking your junk/spam folder. If it is not there, please email our Customer Service and Sales Team at sales@zaerltd.com requesting an online order confirmation. Include your name, company name, order number (if applicable), date the order was placed, and total (if available). The more information you provide, the better we are able to assist you.
 

How can I check the status of my order?

Orders will ship as soon as the items are in stock and available to ship, unless a specific ship date was requested. If you have not received your order or parts of your order, it is because those items are not currently available to ship. If ETAs are available, they will be displayed in the online listing of the specific item. Specific order inquiries can be directed to sales@zaerltd.com if you are still unsure. 
 

What kinds of payment do you accept? Are there TERM options?

Zaer Ltd. accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, ACH, and wire transfers. We will accepts checks for show orders though a photo ID will be requested and the order will not ship until the check has cleared.

We are not currently providing terms or long-term payments options for new vendors.
 

How do I change my address?

Please contact the Zaer Customer Service Team at sales@zaerltd.com with your name, company name, and new address and they will be happy to update this for you. Note whether this is a residential or commercial address and if special shipping instructions will be needed.
 

How long will it take for me to receive my order once it is placed?

Once the order has been submitted, as long as a future ship date isn’t requested, your order will be processed and prepared within 2 business days. LTL orders can take up to a week during  peak season. The actual travel time is dependent on the freight carrier; however, ground orders will typically arrive within a week, while LTL orders are usually no longer than two weeks (peak busy seasons can prolong this but we will notify you of delays). We will always provide you with tracking so you can check where your order is on the specific freight carrier’s site.

Zaer Ltd. is located on the East Coast so the closer you are to our Lansdale ,PA warehouse, the less time will be needed to deliver your order. Sorry, West Coast Vendors!
